The AWE Tuning S-FLO Filter (included in the kit) is the largest that can fit within the airbox to maximize flow. This increased flow contributes greatly to the impressive max gains of horsepower and torque at the crank.
The combination of the AWE Tuning S-FLO Carbon Intake and included AWE Tuning S-FLO Filter makes for a more aggressive intake note, with a distinctive turbo spool sound.
Using a UV stabilized resin and clear coat on the airbox prevents yellowing that occurs from heat under the hood.

What’s in the Box
The AWE Tuning S-FLO Carbon Intake includes the carbon fiber airbox itself, the AWE Tuning S-FLO Filter, and all necessary mounting hardware.
Fitment Note: Some vehicles come equipped with a Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system, and will need the AWE Tuning Breather Filter. Find out if your car needs one, here.
As you can see, we recently fitted our long-term Project A3 (more on this soon) with this outstanding intake, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Installation was incredibly easy and the fit was perfect. While there is certainly an underlying turbo spool note, unlike other intakes we’ve tested, the S-Flo isn’t obtrusive. With a stunning carbon fiber box, this is surely an attention grabber when the hood is up.
