Diving Into A New Realm // INFINITI QX30S on Vossen CVT

Late last year, our counterparts at Audi Naples, VW of Naples, and Naples Acura acquired a new family member in NAPLES INFINITI. We knew that could only mean one thing: soon we would delve into the realm of the Japanese brand and see what new projects we could come up with. With that, I’m happy to say that this is our first INFINITI feature!

It comes in the form of Infiniti’s all-new crossover, the 2017 QX30. The smallest of the luxury brand’s SUVs, the QX30 offers all the luxury you’d expect with a sporty and edgy flair coming in three trim levels of Base, Premium, and Sport (QX30S). All QX30’s come with a 208-hp 2.0L turbocharged inline-4, 7-Speed Dual Clutch Automatic with paddles, and FWD or AWD.

The QX30 Sport is a bit more frisky and fun than its Base and Premium counterparts, which is a-ok by us! It offers a few cosmetic differences inside and out, a quicker 0-60 time, a 0.8-inch suspension drop, and upgraded cross-drilled front rotors.

One of our Parts Advisors picked up this QX30 Sport in the unique color of Liquid Copper, knowing immediately that upgrades were in store.

Cue a set of 20×9 Graphite Vossen CVTs, wrapped in fresh Continental rubber, and dropped on Eibach Springs.

We dig it, and look forward to featuring more INFINITI’s- spread the word!

Where the Eibach Springs for a GLA or are they made specifically for the QX30? How much are the springs and how much is the drop?

    1. speedee says:

Hey Miggs, they are in fact Eibach springs made for the GLA and they lower the car up to 40mm. If you could shoot us an email at sales@naplesspeed.com, we can get you an accurate quote on a set!

HI, I checked Eibachs website and it states its only up to 1.1 inches. Which model is this qx30 using to get about 1.5 inches drop?

      2. speedee says:

Hey Bobby, this car is on the Pro-Kit Springs, but I don’t believe it has been lowered the full amount the springs allow. If I remember correctly, Eibach’s site says you can go to 1.5 inches depending on the model of the car.
